Expert Series
The Expert Series is our way of leveraging the talented members of our team who, across a series of sessions, share best practice initiatives and key department strategies.
We love to share what we know with each other, which is why we introduced the Expert Series. Not only does this provide everyone the opportunity to learn something outside of their day-to-day, but they are a great opportunity for the presenters to develop soft skills around communication and presentation.
These sessions are not only great for celebrating our culture of innovation, but also giving our people the opportunity to open up and share their successes, challenges as well as a learn more about the industry.
carsales Accelerate & Momentum
Periodically we bring all of our teams together for planned collaboration, communication, and connection events.
Accelerate – the one day a year where we all come together for learning, connecting and celebrating our successes with a party to top the day off!
Momentum – the second day of the year focused on learning, sharing ideas, and fostering collaboration across departments, teams, and the entire organisation.
Mentor Program
The program will help provide insight, perspective and inspiration into the areas that matter most to you, as well as providing an opportunity to accelerate your business learning.
Everyone at carsales is invited to participate in our bi-annual company-wide Mentor Program, either as a mentor or a mentee. Both roles are aimed at helping employees to learn, grow, develop and achieve their goals.

Throughout our curated 18-month program, you’ll enrich your professional skillset and increase your knowledge across the business – to help you on your path to building an exciting and inspiring career.

Our Technology graduates work through rotations that allow them to apply their skills to the design, development and implementation of new complex technology systems, whilst learning our technology stack and the languages that we code in
